There are certain foods which are proved to burn more belly fat than many other foods. These food items can be taken along with your daily meal. It is highly recommended to have four small meals a day to lose belly fat. Avoid foods with high fat content and eat high fiber content foods. Also eat fruits and raw vegetables.
